When you scope a study area: the boundary geometry you draw or upload, and the quote computed from it. When you reserve or order: your name, work email, firm, and the optional focus you select. That is the whole list. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social pixels, and the site sets no tracking cookies.
Fulfilling your order, operating and improving the service, and contacting you about your own reservations and reports. Boundary geometries are treated as client-confidential: where you are looking is commercially sensitive information, and we do not publish, share, or trade on it.
Order records and service logs are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States. Card payments, where offered, are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our systems. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we share it with no one except the infrastructure and payment providers just named, as needed to run the service.
Service logs age out on the order of thirty days. Order and delivery records are retained while relevant to a delivered report and its remedy window. To have your information deleted, ask through the request form on the scope screen or by reply to your order correspondence — include the email you ordered with.
